This Privacy Policy explains how AI Early Career Guide handles information provided when a parent or legal guardian registers a student for the assessment and when the student completes the assessment.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may collect the parent or guardian email address, an assessment access/password record, the student's age or age range, class/year, country, answers to assessment questions, and information needed to generate and deliver the personalised career-exploration report.

3. Why we use the information

To provide assessment access and authenticate the assessment session.
To conduct the career-exploration assessment.
To generate personalised questions and the final report.
To send the assessment password and report by email.
To process payments and promotional access where applicable.
To validate teacher or school referral coupons and administer referral payouts where a referral coupon is used.
To maintain security, prevent misuse and operate the service.
To respond to support requests and service-related communications.

4. AI processing

Assessment responses are processed by AI systems to generate adaptive questions and the personalised report. The information is used for the purpose of delivering the assessment and related service. Students should not be asked to enter highly sensitive information or unnecessary personal details into free-text answers.

5. Children and parent/guardian consent

The service is designed for students aged 10–16. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent before the student begins. We do not intentionally request unnecessary sensitive information from students. Parents or guardians should supervise the student's use where appropriate and should contact us if they believe information has been provided without appropriate consent.

6. Payments and service providers

Payments, where applicable, are processed through Razorpay. Email delivery is provided through Resend. AI processing is provided through third-party AI infrastructure used to operate the assessment. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Teacher and school referral partners

If a parent or guardian uses a referral coupon issued by a registered teacher or school partner, we may show that partner the parent or guardian email address, referral date, and basic assessment status (for example, access created, assessment started or assessment completed) so the partner can validate referral activity and any applicable payout. We do not share the student's assessment answers, scores, personalised recommendations or career report with the referral partner. Referral partners are expected to use this information only for referral verification and not for unrelated marketing or onward sharing.

8. Information security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect assessment information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, address support issues, meet legal obligations and protect the security and integrity of the service. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.

10. Your choices and requests

A parent or legal guardian may contact us to ask about information associated with an assessment, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask whether information can be deleted, subject to legal, security and operational requirements.

11. Cookies and browser storage

The website may use browser storage such as session storage to maintain an active assessment session. This supports the assessment experience and is not intended to replace the account or payment records maintained by our service.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, technology or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
