Refund Policy

1. Promotional free access

Where a valid promotional coupon provides 100% discount, the assessment is provided free of charge. No refund is applicable to a free assessment obtained through a promotional coupon.

2. Paid assessments

The regular price is ₹299 unless a valid coupon applies. Because the assessment provides immediate digital access and is designed to be consumed online, paid assessment fees are generally non-refundable once access has been successfully issued or the assessment has been started.

3. Technical or access problems

If you paid for an assessment but did not receive access because of a technical problem on our side, please contact us at info@aiearlycareerguide.com. We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, restore access or provide another reasonable resolution.

4. Duplicate payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same assessment, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate charges may be refunded.

5. Coupon purchases

If a valid coupon reduces the price, any refund consideration will be based on the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted price.

6. How to request help

Email info@aiearlycareerguide.com with the email address used for the assessment and, where applicable, your Razorpay payment details. Please do not email your assessment password unless specifically requested for troubleshooting.

7. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other laws.
