1. About the service

AI Early Career Guide is a career-exploration assessment for students aged 10–16. It is designed to help students reflect on interests, activities, strengths and possible career directions.

2. Parent or legal guardian consent

The assessment is intended for use by students aged 10–16 with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By starting the assessment, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have authority to provide consent for the student.

3. Nature of the assessment

The assessment is an exploratory guidance tool. Its results are not a psychological diagnosis, aptitude certification, academic prediction, professional qualification or guarantee of future career success. Career matches and suggestions should be treated as possibilities to explore, not as instructions about what career a student must choose.

4. Access and assessment password

Access is provided using an access code and a unique assessment password sent to the email address provided at purchase or free-access registration. The password is intended for one assessment. You are responsible for keeping the password confidential and for providing accurate information.

5. Launch offer and pricing

The regular assessment price is ₹299. Promotional offers may provide free or discounted access for eligible users, subject to the stated coupon percentage, usage limit, expiry date and activation status.

6. Coupons and promotional offers

Coupons are subject to their stated percentage discount, usage limit, expiry date and activation status. Only one coupon may be used per purchase. Coupons have no cash value and may be withdrawn or deactivated when their stated conditions are met.

7. AI-generated content

The assessment uses AI to generate adaptive questions and a personalised career-exploration report. AI output may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Parents and students should use their own judgement and, where appropriate, seek advice from teachers, counsellors or other qualified professionals.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the website or APIs, reverse engineer security mechanisms, or use another person's assessment access without permission.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may make changes, maintenance updates or temporary service interruptions where reasonably necessary.

10. Intellectual property

The website, assessment structure, branding, software, report format and original content are owned by or licensed to AI Early Career Guide and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

11. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Early Career Guide is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of an assessment result. The service is intended to support exploration and conversation, not replace individual educational or professional advice.
